The project involved conceptualizing a checkout app for "Rejsekort & Rejseplan A/S", a major public transportation company in Denmark. The goal was to create a user-friendly app that would allow customers to easily purchase tickets, manage their journeys, and check their balances on the go. Through user research and testing, we aimed to identify pain points and improve the overall user experience.
However, despite our efforts and successful presentation, the project ultimately went to a larger company. While we were disappointed not to get the project, the experience gave us valuable insights into the competitive nature of the industry and the importance of building strong relationships with potential clients. We learned from the experience and continued to refine our processes and design skills, ultimately leading to future successful projects.
