Senior Product Designer
Accutics is a SaaS marketing data platform that helps brands drive marketing precision and streamline campaign tracking across sources in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics. My responsibility was to redesign their core products so it's possible for first-time users to understand and set up tracking codes thus reducing client meetings.

I redesigned their multi-sided platform and launched a new app in Germany and Estland. My responsibilities consist of creating and maintaining two design systems in Figma and Storybook. I have fleshed out the flow of the customers and the back office. I then prototype and test with end-users to iterate the flow and lastly make complete mockups based on the design system the dev team has made.

UX & Technical Service Management Consultant
DXC Technology implements and automates processes within Service Management.
They do this mostly through an ITIL-tool called ServiceNow. I focused on the frontend where I customized digital services for the client. My work consisted of researching, and analyzing the user's needs and then I’d design, and prototype the platform using Figma. Lastly, I QA and test with end-users to iterate and implement these improvements into life-sized products.
