As the Design Lead at a Cryptocurrency hedge fund, I was responsible for several critical aspects of the company's design strategy. Firstly, I aligned their brand with a singular style guide and design system, ensuring a consistent visual language across all touchpoints. To achieve this, I conducted workshops with stakeholders and customers to gather feedback and refine the brand's look and feel.
In addition to brand alignment, I was also tasked with optimizing the investor journey, specifically focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO). To do so, I conducted extensive research and testing to identify areas of friction and drop-off in the user flow. With this information, I designed user flows and prototypes in Figma to propose and test potential solutions.
Despite working remotely the entire time, I was able to collaborate effectively with the team, providing regular updates and feedback on design progress. The final result was a streamlined investor journey that reflected the brand's values and conveyed trust and security to potential clients.
